新世紀(jì)，隨著優(yōu)秀人才涌現(xiàn)及社會(huì)就業(yè)崗位的縮減，很多大學(xué)生都面臨很大的就業(yè)壓力。同時(shí)，一些人選擇創(chuàng)業(yè)，有的成功了，有的失敗了。找一份穩(wěn)定的工作，還是選擇創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)話題。

First of all, a stable job let the freshmenlearn experience from predecessor faster. Lacking of the contacts and fundwould be one important reason for most Chinese college students to find astable job. At present, not only in China but all around the world are facinggreat employment pressure , the news of Wall Street's bankruptcy, the U.S.government closed makes people understand clearly that to find a job is noteasy right now.

首先，一份穩(wěn)定的工作可以讓初入職場(chǎng)的人更快的學(xué)習(xí)前輩的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。由于人脈和資金的缺陷，找一份穩(wěn)定的工作目前是大部分中國(guó)大學(xué)生的選擇。但是目前不僅是在中國(guó)，全世界都面臨很大的就業(yè)壓力，美國(guó)華爾街破產(chǎn)，美國(guó)政府關(guān)門的新聞讓人更清楚，找工作不是一件容易的事。

Secondly, to start a business let theentrepreneurs handle their times freely and win respect from others. Graduatescan be their own boss and decide their business. In recent years, governmentshave introduced policies to encourage graduates to do pioneering work. Therefore,it is a good opportunity to try. When the business success, entrepreneurs wouldnot only win money but respect and prestige, even make their dreams come true.

第二，創(chuàng)業(yè)可以讓人自由支配時(shí)間及贏得尊重。畢業(yè)生可以自己成為老板，決定自己的業(yè)務(wù)。近年來(lái)，國(guó)家也出臺(tái)政策鼓勵(lì)高校畢業(yè)生積極創(chuàng)業(yè)。因此，這是一個(gè)很好的嘗試機(jī)會(huì)。當(dāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)成功時(shí)，創(chuàng)業(yè)者贏得的不僅僅是金錢還有尊重和威望，甚至成就了自己的夢(mèng)想。

For me, I think whether one suit open acompany should according to his reality situation .because it exists big riskand not everyone can withstand failure .

對(duì)我而言 ，我覺(jué)得創(chuàng)業(yè)要根據(jù)個(gè)人的實(shí)際情況來(lái)決定，因?yàn)閯?chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)很大，不是每個(gè)人都能承受創(chuàng)業(yè)的失敗。
